THIS PACKAGE IS FOR THE COUPLES THAT NEED A LITTLE HELP, BUT STILL WANT TO BE INVOLVED.

  • Two face to face meetings + unlimited phone and email communication

  • We will work with you to make sure your vision comes to life

  • From 6 weeks out, we will take over all communication with your suppliers so you don’t have to worry about anything in the lead up to your day

  • We will work with you to create full run sheet of the day, so everyone involved knows exactly what they are doing and where they need to be. This is distributed to all suppliers so everyone is on the same page

  • 8 hours of set up. We will ensure everything is set up exactly how you want it to be

  • 8 hours of coordination on the day to make sure the day runs smoothly

  • Inspiration imagery, colour pallets, mood boards. We will work with you to bring your dream vision to life

  • Sourcing and consulting with all suppliers. We will be the point of contact for all suppliers throughout the process. We will also finalise bump in & out times and vendor schedules

  • We will work with you and ensure your wedding budget is adhered to. You will also receive payment reminders along the way for any due invoices

  • We will work with you to create full run sheet of the day, so everyone involved knows exactly what they are doing and where they need to be. This is distributed to all suppliers so everyone is on the same page

  • 10 hours of coordination on the day to make sure the day runs smoothly

  • I am based in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Travel is included within 50kms of my base in Gawler, anything further than this will be based on location and the level of planning & coordination required.

  • In the lead up to your wedding, the last thing you want is your photographer, videographer, celebrant, caterer (the list goes on), contacting you asking for every detail when you have plenty of other things to be worrying about. With a planner, before your wedding week even commences, we will have already contacted all vendors with a detailed run sheet of who is doing what.

    The day of your wedding, no one will be calling you asking questions. What if the entertainment for the ceremony can’t find the exact location? What if no one has set up the ceremony chairs?Instead of calling you, I will sort all the issues out behind the scenes. This means you can sit back, enjoy the morning with your closest people, and just relax.

  • Yes we definitely can. We can catch up for a coffee, and go through any questions you may have!

  • Set up is included in both packages. We are more than happy to pack down, at an additional cost.
